Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
With some necessary changes this is an EXCELLENT recipe. First, make sure to rest the steak for at least 30 minutes. Cook for 1 minute each side and then let rest until room temperature. Then cook for about 3 minutes seach side for medium rare. Make sure to put onto warm plates. For the sauce, I added a pinch of sugar and a clove of garlic which was a great.
