I am 25 years old, and have a wonderful husband named Jeff. Together, we have a 1 year old daughter, Madison, a 4 year old Chiweenie, Clayton, and a 3 year old Miniature Dachshund, Charlie. I love to FRY! I have an awesome, huge deep fryer, and I DO live in Texas...if you've ever been to our state fair, you know that we'll fry up anything! My family LOVES to get together to eat. Some of our traditional recipes include Hot Ham Buns, which are addicting! We also like to make Mexican Stack-Up which is on the order of a taco salad, but MUCH better! I can successfully hide flax seed in a lot of recipes, so my family gets their fiber, and they don't even know it! Okay, I may be able to hide flax seed, but I CAN'T hide bananas! My husband doesn't eat a lot of fruit, so I hid some pureed bananas in my French Toast...he didn't think it tasted that great.
