My husband and I love this recipe. For two salmon pieces, I use 1/2 cup sour cream AT LEAST 1 1/2 tsp of curry powder and I add maybe 1/8 tsp of coriander to add a zing. Really, I just keep adding the spices 'til it tastes good! Put a piece of tin foil on the baking sheet to reduce clean up.

I've never made bread by hand before and it turned out perfectly. My new husband says it's as good as his mom's (that's huge). I use just less than 1/4 cup honey each time and all-purpose flour and we really like it. I will try using bread flour one day to see if it makes that big a difference. I do use a thermometer to bake it to the perfect temperature and it turns out great!
