Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Yum! This was easy and delicious. I substituted chicken broth for water and only used one can of biscuits. One can is DEFINITELY enough. I put everything in the slow cooker before work, left it on low all day, then turned it up to high for an hour after adding the biscuit dough. My husband is not a fan of chicken, but he loved this. I used Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs.

Vegetable Cheese Soup I
I doubled the vegetables and it was still soupier than I would have liked. I prefer my soups thicker. I think next time I'll add triple the potatoes and carrots and throw in a can of whole corn, too. It's a good base recipe, though.

Summer Bean Salad II
Yum! I used a red onion because that was what I had on hand and boy, did it make the salad look pretty. It does taste better the second day, but I couldn't stop eating it after I mixed in the lime juice.
