Blueberry Buckle

This was so good and easy to make. I used fresh blueberries and for the topping I used a combination of white and brown sugar. It would be really tasty with vanilla ice cream!

Chicken Enchiladas II

This was great! I used cream of chicken soup as my family doesn't like mushrooms. I prefer the flour tortillas even though its not "authentic". I will make this again!
