I am 23 years old and a new mom and wife trying to domesticate myself more by cooking. I've got all the other stuff down, but the way to my husband's heart (one of the ways) is through food. He's from a big family that was big on food and meals and dinner always ready. So, I'm trying to learn the world of cooking more. I have a few recipes I'm good at and enjoy: Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffed Shells Baked Ziti Stromboli (any kind) Deviled Eggs Don't have any really. My mother didn't cook and my father went all out on holidays with the traditional stuff. Still waiting for one. My first meatloaf. My husband and stepdaughter looked at it, looked at me, and said, "Well at least you tried". There was huge chunks of onions everywhere and it was mushy. The dogs wouldn't even eat it.
