Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo
This was sooooo good!!!! Instead of using only black eyed peas, which I couldn't find, I used a can of mixed beans. I accidentally bought canned jalapeños instead of chilies, so I used just a few of those sliced up. It turned out amazing!!! Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken and Dumplings II
This soup turned out fabulous. Most likely the best dish that I have ever made. I added a few extra cups of water and that was the only change, amazing!
