Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken
This was really easy and really good. I was a little hesitant about vinegar and soy sauce. But I used 2 onions, apple cider vinegar and the full measurements of soy sauce(despite reviews) and this was soooo good. The whole family had seconds and thirds. The flavor was sweet slightly tangy and not salty at all. Will defiantly put this in the regular rotation. Thank you!
