Chicken Claridge Stew
Wow! Easy and delicious. I made this for twelve people from age 12-70 and even the picky eaters loved it (even the one that picked out all the tomatoes!) I added sliced mushrooms and wasn't exact on any measurements but the outcome was wonderful. Definitely destined to become a family favorite.

Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake
I loved the flavor of the cake, but it was a little overwhelmed because I used two full cans of cranberry as suggested by other reviewers. I personally felt like that was too much. I had to cook it quite a bit longer than the time given, but that may be because of all the extra cranberry. I liked this because the cranberry added some tartness to balance the sweet.

Breakfast Kolaches
I am delighted to find this recipe. I bought the hash browns but couldn't get them to stay on the dough, so I just put them back in the freezer. Besides, I never had them in the kolaches back home in Texas. Next time I'll cut the cheese in 'sticks' and wrap the dough around the cheese and sausage. I used the little smokies as some other reviewers suggested and they were great.
