I've always grown up around New England cooking and been exposed to various types of cooking. My favorite has to be Greek cooking.. I love the variety in their foods. I am always looking for recipes.. My favorite has to be a specific chicken recipe.. I'd have to ask my mom what it was. I love cooking foods I know I love. And I like to try to make new recipes every so often. Sitting at my mother's table at thanksgiving.. with my sisters, nephews and Mom and Jeff.. Good food... Barking dogs in the next room.. Nothing is better than that. First time I actually cooked without burning the Meat to a crisp.. I musta been like 16 Chili... It was WAY too spicy for anybody... I don't even think there was any way to salvage that with a 50 Barrel drum!
