I work full time outside the home so cooking has to be quick and easy. When I have time, I will spend all day in the kitchen making elaborate meals. Anything! Having the family in the kitchen with me. For teacher gifts for the holidays, we bake about 10 cheesecakes of various types to take to the teacher's lounge about a week before the holiday begins. My 2 kids get very involved in this too, quizzing the teachers about their favorites and doing the actual baking and decorating.
