Awesome Baked Sea Scallops
This was very good and easy to make.Used panko instead of regular bread crumbs.I would never have thought to put nutmeg on scallops. A delightful change to the taste. Thanks

Crab and Pea Salad
Hubby and I thought this was OK. Used real crab. Not sure if I like bacon with it. Maybe the imitation crab would be better. Will try again. Thanks

Crab and Swiss Quiche
This was pretty good and easy to make. We had leftover crab from crab leg dinner the night before. I was afraid it would be too bland as it did not call for any spices, so I added white pepper.Did however have to bake it about 50 minutes.I can see how this could be a good starter recipe. you could add lots of different veggies or whatever to have something different anytime. Thanks
