Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
I admit I was a bit skeptical - how can something baked (uncovered) for 30 mintues be tender? Holy cow was I glad I tried it. It did take closer to 45 mintues to cook, but it was SO juicy and tender. Delicious!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
I thought this was delicious, but the bf just thought it was 'good.' I cut down the paprika, as suggested by others and used Italian seasoning instead of basil. I would absolutely make this again!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
While this bread was good, it was not as spectacular as the reviews led me to believe. It was a hit at our company Christmas party, though! I made two larger loaves and baked for about 1:10. Also, since we didn't have cloves or nutmeg, I used 3 1/2 tsp of allspice instead. I think the ratios are about right!
