Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
While this bread was good, it was not as spectacular as the reviews led me to believe. It was a hit at our company Christmas party, though!
I made two larger loaves and baked for about 1:10. Also, since we didn't have cloves or nutmeg, I used 3 1/2 tsp of allspice instead. I think the ratios are about right!
