MMM! These were good! I agree with others that they are not as light as KK but I think they are better. (I never really cared much for the KK.)I did have to add a little more flour but thats to be expected with different climats, temperatures and humidity. I had just enough glaze for the rounds, but I rolled the holes in sugar. As for how long and how well they keep, I did not have to worry about that. I have a large doughnut loving family of 6 ( not to mention the help of the 3 cousins)and the doughnuts were pretty much eaten as fast as I could glaze them. I would have liked to have submitted a picture but I did not have any doughnuts left to photograph. Good recipe. Thanks for sharing. :)
