Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
WOW!! This recipe is absolutely wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly, although I decided to exclude the honey. I used Extra Virgin Olive oil instead of Vegetable oil, to make it a bit healthier. It was so quick, easy, and no mess! The fish was so tasty, I cannot wait to cook this for my husband!
