Tasty Green Beans
This has got great flavor and it's not smothered with creamy stuff like most of the other recipes. My husband loved it and he doesn't really care for green beans. I recommend cooking the green beans for only 10-15 minutes, though, because they will get too soggy otherwise.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Modify like this: I recommend cutting the recipe in half if you're using a 4-quart crock pot. Use chicken broth instead of water. Substitute one cream of chicken can w/cream of celery instead. Dump in small bag of frozen mixed veggies. Sprinkle some cumin, parsley, salt & pepper. I added a LOT of chicken broth after it was done to make it soup consistency otherwise it comes out more like pot pie filling. Flatten biscuit dough with hand as thin as possible and slice into strips-- should take about 45 mins to an hour or so for strips to cook.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
Very yummy! No left over milk sitting in the pan after the cake soaked it up. But I believe I needed to whip the cream longer because it turned out very runny. Perhaps using a blender for 10 minutes will do.
