Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
Wonderful! I have tried many slow cooker stew recipes and this is by far the best. I used a pound of stewing beef and followed all other directions exactly, except there was no need to thicken. I had a wonderful gravy at the end. Server with hot, crusty buttered rolls. Hubby at 2 bowl fulls. Will definately make again. Thank you

Kielbasa with Brussels Sprouts
This was very simply put, delicious. Made for dinner this evening. Hubby loved it. Followed recipe exactly. Letting the onions carmelize, I think is the secret to this simple, tasty meal. I used a 16oz. bag of frozen petite brussel sprouts, thawed. Was wonderful served over hot buttered egg noodles. Will definately make again. Thanks for great recipe.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Simple and quick to put together which I look for. We are full time RVers and I use the crock pot quite of bit. Very tasty & very tender. Husband and I both enjoyed over rice with a tossed salad and crusty rolls. Will make again. All I left out was the salt. Turned out perfect 4hrs. on high. Thanks for a great recipe.
