Japanese Chicken Wings
This is a delicious recipe. I brown the chicken in oil, but I use chicken thighs now as it is a more meaty option. I also omit the garlic as it really doesnt need it. I also bring the sauce to a boil first just so everything is mixed well. Always double or triple the sauce so you can pour over rice. You must try, so so good

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These did turn out to be the best big fat chewy cookie! We loved them here. We love to heat them up the next day in the microwave and dip them in milk. So yummy. Thanks for this recipe

Tangy Garlic Steak
Tastes awesome, I also add a little lemon juice and when the steaks are done, I cover the top of them with goat cheese. A big hit in my house!!
