I'm a welder by trade. Cooking is both a hobby and a relaxation for me. I was born and raised in Southeast Louisiana so I like a wide variety of seasonings and spices. I love to experiment with recipes. I really like to cook breakfast. There are endless possibilites for breakfast dishes. I make a pretty good batch of biscuits. Thanksgiving is the time for deep fried turkey. I do the turkey while the ladies prepare the rest of the meal. It took me a few tries to get a good starter for sourdough bread. Too many to mention. If I had to pick one it would be Quiche. Never will I do that again!!!
