If I could give more than 5 stars, I would....this is sooo easy and so,so,so good. I can't think why some people didn't like it. Only thing I changed was not chopping basil and a sharper fresh grated cheese. This really tastes gourmet..Caution! don't use sub-par ingredients! Maybe that's why people didn't enjoy! This is the ONLY white bread I allow in my house! I make this bread 3 or 4 times a week. With prices as they are, you can't beat how economical this recipe is. It goes without saying how much healthier it is than bread purchased at the store. My only change is that I bake it in the oven at 350 for about 35-40 minutes....tastes just like Grandma's!
