Turkey Pot Pie I
This was so easy and delicious! I used my own broth instead of chicken bouillon with water. I also added chopped green pepper and substituted thyme and sage for the oregano. This was a keeper and I can't wait to make it again. Thank you for a wonderful way to use leftover turkey.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
This was absolutely wonderful. I made it for my husband's birthday cake with the chocolate glaze recipe from this site and the combination was moist, rich and sinful! Everyone loved it. Thank you for a great and easy recipe.

Mexican Chicken I
Excellent Recipe!! I used my own salsa and served with tortillas and fideo. My husband loved it! Thank you for an awesome way to make chicken.
