Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

This recipe is delicious! I really like the sweetness combined with the curry. I didn't have any Dijon mustard so I used regular yellow mustard. It still came out excellent! I served it over rice as others have done.

Pecan French Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
This is a great recipe for those who don't like really soggy french toast. I halved the recipe since it's just me and added a little cinnamon as others have. I also ended up soaking it for about 3 hours instead of overnight. I let it bake for about 25-30 minutes and it came out great! Had a nice texture and remained that way even when I poured syrup on it. Will definitely make it again...and again...

Golden Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
This soup was great! I didn't have any bacon or ham, so I left that out. Also, I used white cheddar cheese instead of the american cheese. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it was very tasty. Just remember that the cheese will help to thicken the soup at the end. I'm definitely making this one again. Next time I'll make sure I have some bacon on hand =)

Glazed Meatloaf II

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2006
I am on this site all the time and this is only the second time I've taken the time to rate/review a recipe, that should tell you how good this is! I only used 1 lb of ground beef, but I didn't change anything else. I just eyeballed the amount of onion and sauce I mixed in with the meat. I also had to use crumbled up hot dog rolls (I forgot to get regular bread when I was at the grocery store). The glaze was sweet and tangy, but I think that's what makes it so unique and delicious! Definitely a keeper in my book.

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
This was my first time making chili and I'm glad I chose this recipe! I halved the recipe (it's just me in my house)except for the chili powder and the cumin. I also added some chopped green pepper. It was delicious!!!
