Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I am not much of a wings type of person but my husband is and he LOVED them. In fact he ate them all up in about 3 minutes. I baked instead of fried as others suggested. I coated them in the flour mixture and sprayed them with Pam. I adjusted the amount of hot sauce to suit our taste buds (slowly adding hot sauce to the butter and tasting it until it was perfect). Then I spooned it over the wings. With the remaining butter/hot sauce mixture I mixed in with ranch dressing for a ridiculously yummy dipping sauce (not too healthy for you though). Definitely as good as restaurant style quality. Thanks for the recipe!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
This recipe does live up to its hype. I was impressed with how accurate this recipe was even after experimenting with the recipe a bit. Like others say I think using a little over half the nuts that the recipe calls for is perfect but other than that I didn't change a thing. A teaspoon was a little too small for the size of cookies I wanted so I used a tablespoon. Also, refrigerating the batter for a few minutes before popping them in the oven prevented them from running. Very good cookies. I can't wait to hear what my guests will think of them too!

Fruit Salad Dessert
This was the first fruit salad I've made but it was very easy to make and it tastes great. I used sugar free/fat free whipped cream and splenda instead of the sugar and it still tastes wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe!
