Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
Holy moley! I made this once about 3 weeks ago. I have had to make it 2 more times because of raving requests! So good! SO very good

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares
It was sooooo simple and really tasty. Even after a day or two it was good. My only recommendation would be a little less green onion....

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This is wonderful. So easy to make and you can make it in advance. I had to substitute blackberries for the rasperries (out of season) and it was great. The cinnamon sugar chips are great snacks anytime with or without the salsa
