I like to laugh a lot, I mean even when I cook I'm always doing it with a smile on my face. We don't need to always be totally serious in everything we do right? Hummm....good question! I like to cook anything that's fast and easy to remember. But sometimes i cook for big events....that happen in my family of course. I love to cook for Easter, I mean a beautiful table filled with roasted chicken and saisonned potatoes. Let's not forget desert: chocolate eggs. (Not healthy...but still great!) Ok, as far as i can remember; one day i made a vegetable gratinee with a little Emental (a french cheese) and ground beef. I'm still happy! Can't I skip this one? Well...here it goes! One day i cooked a beautiful meal for my girlfriend and I for Valentine's day. It turned out that the cake I made was a lot overcooked (when i say overcooked I mean OVERCOOKED)...and let's not forget that it was the heart of the dinner. So, she was smiling but I was so deceived.
