Soul Smothered Chicken
this dish served with homeade creamed corn,mashed potatoes and homeade white bread took me back to my childhood, ultimate comfort food that gives you a "warm fuzzy feeling":) I didn't change a thing preparing it. thank you so much for sharing the recipe, it was fantastic!

Pat's Award Winning Carrot Cake
VERY moist and tasty, I never change a thing about this one. I make this amazing cake for my bofriend every year on his birthday, and everyone loves it!

Angel Chicken Pasta
I love this dish, and I"ve made it several times. It's very quick and easy and delicious. Last time I made it though I was looking for something a little spiy so I added 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes-mmm-A-mazing!
