One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake
Yummy. Not exactly a gourmet recipe, but a good, warm casserole for a cold winter night. Easy to assemble. I use the only bag of mixed veggies I had: corn, beans, and peas.

Hamburger Buns
Used tips posted by others, heat milk, etc. Made soft yummy buns, but they were dinner roll size, not hamburger bun sized.

Cake in a Mug
Definately better with an egg white instead of the whole egg! Not the best texture, but quick and easy. A nice snack when I am hungry for cake but do not want a whole cake sitting on my counter and tempting me to eat it.
