I don't own a cookie press so I refrigerated the dough before rolling into balls and flattening with a plate. My first batch got taste tested and I was told it needed more flavour. My second batch I rolled in more strawberry gelatin before baking. Still lacked an intense flavour but I think any more gelatin and they would be too sweet. I even added about 1/4 tsp of strawberry extract to my dough and it was still lacking. I'm not sure I would make these again.
