Hasty Chocolate Pudding
it is a happy day in my home when I make this! Sooooo chocolatey and just great. I will never buy boxed pudding again. I have used this in pies as well and it was amazing!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
unbelievably good cookies! I followed the recipe exactly except used 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour & 1 cup white flour. THese are so moist and just addictive!! I have had to force myself to keep out of the cookie jar all night(my kids would be furious if the cookies "disappeared")

Skillet Meatloaf
this meatloaf was just yummy and SO easy to prepare! The only adjustment I made was using an italian blend cheese, only because it was on hand and already grated. THis is my new meatloaf
