These were great! I made them for a mexican fiesta party I threw and they were a big hit. Three days later they still are soft and moist. Delicious!

I made this pie for Easter and it was a huge hit! My family loved it and I can honestly say that there was no left overs. I didn't have a problem like some of the others with left over filling. I used a 9 inch deep dish pie. Homemade crust is the best. The texture is different than what you are use to with chocolate pie. It is not like a pudding. It reminds me kind of like the inside of a truffle. Very smooth and creamy.

These are awesome! I would recommend trying all different types of dried fruits. I like cherries. If you want to add some chocolate to satisfy a craving mini chocolate chips work great.
