Lazy Katie's Taco Salad
veryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryvery tasty! you can even make it look pretty if you put it in a glass bowl. oh and i followed someones elses suggestion on adding the ranch and 1/4 package of taco seasoning to the taco sauce and the other 3/4 to the meat. MHMMMMMMM - TASTY ;]

Asian Chicken Salad
A M A Z I N G althought the first time i made it, the rice noodles were very messy and everywhere - i guess it might be because i've never made them before. but, it was still very good! the next times, we just used chow mein noodles that came out of a can and it was even better! im only fifteen, and using the different noodles it was very simple to make. one of our familys favorites now =]
