I had high hopes but was disappointed. Might try again with a different kind of hummus.

French Spring Soup
Just okay. Would be better with a dollop of sour cream and/or parmesan cheese on top.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Very nice! Mixture fit perfectly in 12 muffin cups and cooked in about 20 minutes. Mini quiches slide right out and would be super easy to freeze and have on hand. Next time will try with a stronger cheese though.
