Beer Cheese Soup VI

I'm vegetarian, so I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. I didn't have dijon mustard, so we substituted regular. It was delicious!

World's Best Potato Salad

The dressing for this sounded so interesting that I had to try it. I loved this recipe. I did omit the hard boiled eggs and one of the eggs from the dressing / sauce as I'm not a huge egg fan and it still turned out great.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

To make this vegetarian, I omitted chicken and used vegetable broth. I love this soup. It was great and so quick and easy!
