I've been a vegetarian for a year now. Well OK, that's not 100% true because I started eating fish since I live near the ocean. Beside's that, I try to keep it as close to Vegan as I can. I buy stuff that's not tested on animals and I help the local strays.
My favorite things to cook
Stir fry veggies with tofu is still my favorite. In summer I make salsa and totally live on it!
My favorite family cooking traditions
To be honest we don't have any, besides my Aunt Joan, no one in my family likes to cook or cooks anything notable. Hey, they agree with me on this, OK.
My cooking triumphs
Howell Boone is a really good cook and when he said he loved my salsa and zucchini bread I was so flattered. He said it was the best he ever had, and I think he meant it.
My cooking tragedies
I tend to burn my cookies and sometimes my meals are too bland.
