I am married with two children, Ashlin 2 years, and MacEwan 8 weeks. I own my own business and am a full-time mom. I love to cook and am constantly trying to create new flavors. I love the outdoors, spending time with my family and running. My favorite things to cook would be seafood, beef, chicken, and vegetable dishes. I enjoy trying to come up with new creations for sauces as well. I love to bake and like to try new and exciting desserts. My favorite family cooking tradition would be the weekly Sunday dinner we would have. My Mom and Dad are both great cooks and they love experimenting with food so every Sunday was very interesting! My cooking triumph was making different homemade sushi rolls for the first time and they actually turned out good. I love to make sushi at least every couple of weeks. One cooking tragedy was the first time I tried to make a cheesecake from scratch, lets just say it wasn't pretty!!!
