I am a single mom of three teenagers. I dont work outside the home at the present time. Im engaged to be married to the most wonderful man on June 20th 2009. I became a grandma this year on November 17. Now it's time to do some spoiling...lol Now that I have a grandbabbie around me and soon to be a mom to a 3 and 8 year old I am back to making kid friendly foods. Things that will get them to try different food to widen there likes. At Christmas time I always do tons of cookie baking for my family as well as for different charities to give to the elderly. My daughter and I also make tons of candy during this time of year. At Easter and Thanksgiving we have a tradition that anyone who is hungry can come eat at our house. We make about 15 side dishes and about 5 kinds of meats. Not counting all the different deserts we have. I think that my cooking triumph would be when I finally make a pie crust that was flaky and didnt break a tooth...lol. There are way to many over the years to even mention. However for everyone I have had I have had a positive outcome to counter it.
