Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I wouldnt say this was 'Quick and Easy' but it was awesome. I put honey mustard down first, then proscuitto, then shredded swiss, mozz, and cheddar (its what i had). i rolled it all up and dipped the whole thing in egg then breadcrumbs. i made the sauce too - cream of celery soup with sour cream. it was AWESOME!

Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake
ok, this is my all time favorite 'bring over to someones house' dessert. its super easy and consistently good each time! last time I used swirled with white choc. chips, and it was delicious! and i also experimented and put a touch of almond extract in instead of vanilla... delicious!

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta
Declicious! however, When I made it the second time, I put in 2 cups of white cooking wine and 2 14.5 oz cans of delmonte diced tomatoes instead of the olive oil and the tomatoes the recipe called for. served with 12 oz of whole wheat spaghetti! it was amazing! Oh i used shrimp and scallops and mushrooms!
