I followed the recipe, using Low-Carb Linguini pasta, except for doubling it and adding lots of granulated garlic!! It was made with home grown tomatoes and basil. We loved it!! Very fresh tasting.......

Photography Notes: I used a cloth napkin, with one of a contrasting color on the side, put the dish on a colorful serving platter, decorated with a little fresh parsley. I just barely 'mixed' the ingredients, then partially covered with fresh basil and canned Parmesan Cheese. Taken with my 4 yr old Olympus C4000 zoom. I took it from almost straight down with all my dining lights on at dusk.
