Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I made 2.5 cheesecakes out of this recipe as I wanted a thinner cheesecake, and it still came out awesome. I used a graham crust and once it ws ready to serve, I topped it with granny apple slices and home made caramel. It was a hit! Added: I used the second cheesecake for Christmas (froze AWESOMELY), topped with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries, posted a pic). Rave reviews again!
