this will be the second year that I will make this for Christmas, it is a HIT! I top it with creamcheese frosting II and chopped candied ginger and craisins. SOOOO Good! i will try to post a pic this time.

I made this recipe for cupcakes when I then piped chocoalte ganash inside then topped with cream cheese frosting. I received high praises, but I would have preferred a fudgier cake next time. This one seemed oily and the holes were too large, I prefer a denser cake.

I made 2.5 cheesecakes out of this recipe as I wanted a thinner cheesecake, and it still came out awesome. I used a graham crust and once it ws ready to serve, I topped it with granny apple slices and home made caramel. It was a hit! Added: I used the second cheesecake for Christmas (froze AWESOMELY), topped with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries, posted a pic). Rave reviews again!
