I just made this recipe and it's delicious! I used spinach and I had to add more chicken broth 3 cups because the orzo sucked up all the broth...I can't wait for my family to try this. It's fabulous. I need to go and get a piece of crusty bread to along with it for dunkin!

this recipe was so good! I had a bowl to taste it and immediately had another bowl...I added sour cream and avocado to my individual serving...this has been added to my all time favorite soups...However I cut back on the amount of chicken on this recipe...I only used 4 chicken breast halves...and I cubes it and sauted it in the olive oil and onions then I added the rest of the ingredients...but I pretty much kept to the recipe other than that change...I will make this over and over again...
