Chili on Christmas eve, BBQ on the 4th and smelling my nieces apple pie (she inherited from my mom who passed away on the 4th of July 98 ... won blue ribbons several times at the pima county fair!)

Homemade lasagna with chucky, bell peppers, fresh tomatos, mozerella, parm, ricotta and cream cheese.
My cooking tragedies
First turkey dinner. The oven did not have a seal on the door. After 6 hours the inside of the turkey was bloody and gross! I cried!
