Married April 29, 2006. Since my husband and I met he has put on 30 lbs, so I guess you could say I'm an okay cook. I love to cook, it is becoming an obsession. I can spend an entire day preping and cooking one meal, or just sit an entire day chopping veggies to make the meal at night easier to prepare if a lot of the work is completed ahead of time. I love taking a recipe and making it my own by changing things in it. Adding...subtracting, etc.
My favorite things to cook
Everything. I will cook anything or attempt anything. I am still new to a lot of the terminology I wish there was more explanation to it. When I first started cooking, I wouldn't even attempt a recipe that had the word "reduce" in it because I didn't know what it meant. I am getting better though the more questions I ask.
