I have been vegan since July 2007, and I have honestly never felt happier or healthier! I love knowing that my ideals & values finally match up with my lifestyle, and that my actions have such a positive impact on the environment, the lives of animals, and my own health.
I love to read, learn, drink tea, find new recipes, cook for friends & family, sleep, laugh, travel, grocery shop, and lots of other things.
My favorite things to cook
Vegan cupcakes, salad dressings, chili, cookies, muffins, pizza... It goes on & on. I especially love experimenting with recipes for old favorites (nacho cheeze, Caesar dressing, Alfredo, etc.) to turn them into healthier, delicious vegan versions!
