Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

This is absolutely a tasty dish! I forgot to pick up macadamia nuts, so I used almonds as a replacement. It was great, although I'd still like to try the macadamia's next time I make this. The mango cream sauce was the perfect addition!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Made these for dinner as an appetizer a few weeks back and for the superbowl party this year. Everyone loved them and asked how I made them. I didn't wait for the stems & garlic to cool (both times), but they still turned out great!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

I've made this recipes several times so far. It's amazing! I've tried other scallop recipes and none have this one beat. I baked scallops that were a little frozen when I placed them in the oven, so I just baked them a little bit longer. I dropped in some shrimp to this dish, too. Wonderful!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Excellent. Did what other suggested. 1/2 butter, 1/2 oil. Used chicken thighs instead of breast - they are so much more jucier! Steamed broccoli with the chicken after and added basil to the cream as suggested. Great recipe!

Second time cooking this recipe. Once with chicken, and the other with shrimp. Was perfect! Did make more sauce, as most reviewers recommended. And cut down on cornstarch.
