I am 17 and I love to bake but recently I have had an interest in cooking, especially slow cooking, it is indeed comforting! I enjoy baking any sweets, from cookies to cakes, you name and I have baked it; but I have had my 'failures' there and there. Cooking traditions don't seem to exist in my family we are more of the contemporary. We have family recipes, but they weren't passed down, but rather formed. If I have baked it and tasted it 'fairly good' it's a triumph. Also, the baked good is a satisfication, thus a triumph itself. Ah, where can I begin....
