Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread
It is very delicious and dense. I ate a slice and it feels like I ate a lot more. Like many of the other members had mention, the mix was a bit too watery to form into a dough so I just placed it into a loaf pan and the mix did not rise much so it's best to double the recipe. I also replace the milk with soy milk. It came out a bit dry. Overall this bread is delicious. I would make this more in the future and probably lower the temperature and place some raisins or used yoghurt instead of oil.
