Impossible French Apple Pie
The apple-pudding custard style filling was so good! Everyone loved it.

Louisiana Beef Stew
Wow! This is the BEST stew ever!! I only had to make a couple of substitutions because of what I had on hand: added 3 small parsnips, less carrots, regular vinegar and red wine (combined to make the amount of Red wine Vinegar called for). Yum!

Hollandaise Sauce
This works! I used salted butter and didn't add any salt. The most important part is the whisking. And the cold water trick is excellent!
