Fresh Peach Cobbler II
My family loved this recipe. I used 4 cups of fresh peaches (which are easy to peel by dipping in boiling water for about 20 seconds and then dipping in cold water). I substituted vanilla for almond extract.

Pineapple Cobbler
I made this recipe in my new cast iron skillet and it turned out perfect! The iron skillet made the crust slightly crispy which tasted great. I only used half of the butter that's called for and probably could have used even less. I had a can of dark sweet cherries that I added and they were excellent in the recipe.
