Basic Chicken Salad
This chicken salad recipe was a huge hit! I added some quartered red grapes to it, but the TOASTED ALMONDS are what make this so flavoful! GREAT recipe!

Grilled Tuna Steaks with Dill Sauce
This was a superb recipe! I did not have white wine vinegar so used red wine vinegar instead and in place of the white sugar I used an equal amount of Splenda. My husband took one bite and said "wow". Will definitely use again and will also try it on other types of fish. Thanks for a yummy recipe!

Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade
This was a huge hit at our son's recent wedding rehearsal dinner! We served a high quality sizzler cut bought at a local meat market, grilled them on the grill, and the rave reviews that we got from our 35 guests about the meat and its flavor were great! This is definitely a keeper!
