Salted Nut Squares

These are so yummy. I didn't melt the marshmallows, just stirred them into the warm mixture-keeps the squares a bit firmer. Then pressed remaining peanuts into the top. I can't leave them alone!

Blueberry Snow

Loved the taste and ease of putting together the dessert. Cream cheese and blueberries are great together. I added one cup of fresh blueberries to the filling and some almond extract to take away the "canned" taste. Leftovers were even better two days later. Thanks, Frulla!

Peanut Butter Heaven

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
Love peanut butter and chocolate! I did halve the crust ingredients because of a previous reviewer's comment about the thickness of the crust. Also used just a whole package of semisweet chips with the peanut butter for the topping; plenty of chocolate. Yummy, yummy - my co-workers will love them tommorrow when I take them in to work! Thanks, Sal.

Ham 'N' Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2008
Again, like others have said, this is a wonderful basic recipe to change with personal preferences. I sauteed two onions then added 1 tsp of sugar and 1 T of balsamic vinegar and put the mixture in the bottom of the pie shell with the cubed ham. Also added 2 tsp. dillweed and a dash of half sharp paprika to the egg/milk mixture. After the initial 400 degree shell baking, I reduced the oven to 375, so crust didn't burn. Delicious! I did bake both, and put one in the freezer already baked. Hope that turns out! Thanks, Christena.
